Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to VPNTake’s international access subscription service and related user panel. Before using the service, read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the refund policy. If you do not accept these rules, stop using the service. Mandatory provisions of applicable law govern any rights users are legally entitled to.

Service and Scope

VPNTake provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management features, with coverage in 100+ countries and 250+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The user panel lists the available routes and client access points.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not include accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits from third-party websites. Users must still comply with the regional, account, and usage rules of the services they access. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every website.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription links secure, and should not post them publicly or let others manage them. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password and report the issue through a user panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. This applies to devices used by the account holder and does not permit account sharing, distributing subscription links to others, or reselling routes. Subscriptions must not be used as a public proxy service or made available to third parties by renting out an account.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Prices and data allowances are listed on the Packages page. A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region involved in their use of the service, and are responsible for confirming that their use complies with local requirements. The service must not be used for fraud, violating others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, distributing illegal content, or other unlawful activities.

Users must not launch network attacks, distribute malicious software, steal credentials, send spam, or access another person’s systems without authorization. They must not disrupt service operations, probe other users’ accounts, or use automated requests in a way that harms other users’ connections.

Availability and Responsibility

Network performance depends on the local network, device settings, carrier routing, and the status of the destination website, and may vary by environment. VPNTake does not guarantee a specific connection speed, uninterrupted availability, or continued access to region-specific content on third-party platforms.

Route maintenance, network faults, or events beyond reasonable control may lead to service adjustments or temporary interruptions. For planned maintenance and significant changes that affect use, VPNTake will provide information through site announcements or the user panel. If an issue occurs, submit a ticket with the device platform and a description of the problem. Do not post subscription links publicly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services, user device failures, or user actions that violate these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If VPNTake detects unlawful use, subscription resale, account sharing, attacks, or unusual activity that affects service operations, it may restrict connections, suspend an account, or terminate the service based on the risk involved. In urgent situations, necessary measures may be taken first, with an explanation provided through the user panel afterward.

Users who disagree with the outcome may submit an explanation through a user panel ticket so the relevant records can be reviewed. Account restrictions or termination do not affect refunds or other obligations required by law.

Changes to Terms and Notices

VPNTake may update these terms in response to service changes or changes in legal requirements, and may revise the month shown as the last update on this page. Changes affecting users’ important interests will be announced on the site or through the user panel, with an explanation of how they apply.

Changes should not retroactively reduce rights users have already acquired under applicable law. If you have questions about these terms or how they apply, submit a ticket and get clarification before deciding whether to continue using the service.
