Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNTake handles personal data when providing its website, user panel, and cross-border network acceleration subscription service. Data needed to manage accounts is handled separately from network access content. This policy also explains how users can access, correct, or request deletion of their data.
Account Data and How It Is Used
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNTake processes usernames, password credentials used for authentication, subscription status, and cumulative data usage to verify logins, determine access permissions, and calculate usage. Cumulative usage is used to check plan balances and does not include details of websites visited.
An email address is not required to register. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request. Avoid including passwords, full subscription links, or sensitive payment credentials when submitting an issue. Screenshots of problems can be redacted to hide information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics
VPNTake follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store browsing histories, request contents, or detailed DNS queries, nor does it create lists linking accounts to destination websites. Cumulative account usage is not used to reconstruct individual browsing activity.
Temporary states generated while processing a connection are used only to maintain the current connection and are released when it ends; they are not retained as historical connection logs. Session records that could link a source address, destination address, and connection time are not retained. Service troubleshooting relies on necessary operational errors and aggregated status information. Diagnostic materials submitted by users are handled for the purpose of their support ticket.
Usage Statistics and Browser Storage
Website usage statistics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, and feature clicks, so we can identify broken links and improve the reading experience. Statistics cover use of the marketing website and panel features, not content on external websites accessed through international routes. Passwords and subscription credentials should not be submitted as statistical fields.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. Login credentials may be stored in the current browser to authenticate panel requests. Users can clear this data by logging out or changing browser settings. Clearing it may require logging in again or selecting preferences, but does not automatically delete server-side account or order records.
Order Records and Third-Party Payments
Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, and transaction identifiers. They are used to activate subscriptions, reconcile payments, handle after-sales support, and process refunds. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT; payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment services or settlement channels.
Payment providers handle payment identity and transaction information under their own policies. VPNTake receives the payment result needed to confirm an order and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. For payment disputes, submit only the information necessary to verify the relevant order.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and after-sales records are kept as required for settlement, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Usage statistics and diagnostic materials are retained only as long as needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Indefinite retention is not the default.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data, specifying the account and scope of the request. Account ownership will be verified before processing. Deletion may prevent continued use of the account and subscription. Transaction records that must be retained by law will have their use restricted and will be cleared when the retention requirement ends. Clearing browser data does not replace this request.
Data Sharing and Policy Updates
VPNTake does not sell personal data. Information is shared with relevant parties only to process payments, provide necessary technical support, meet legal obligations, or with user authorization, and only to the extent needed for those purposes. Access is assigned by role, and account and support ticket information is not made public.
Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes affecting data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Where a new purpose requires separate authorization, it will be obtained first. Questions about this policy can be submitted through a support ticket in the logged-in panel. See the Terms of Service for related rules.
